ADA Accommodation
独家爆料 HR, in partnership with the (HRSC), is responsible for overseeing Maricopa鈥檚 compliance with the federal and state laws addressing disability discrimination and , as well as MCCCD policy and philosophy. This partnership affords for a Good Faith Interactive Process and it can serve as a conflict resolution resource. If requested or preferred, either or both 独家爆料 HR and/or HRSC are available to work with individuals as needed. 独家爆料 ADA Coordinator is Barbara Cherner.
How to request an accommodation:
The ADA interactive process is intended to be a flexible approach that centers on the communication between MCCCD and the employee requesting reasonable accommodation. It involves obtaining relevant information from the employee and the employee鈥檚 health care provider. Please complete both the Employee Accommodation Request Form as well as the Licensed Health Care Provider Questionnaire and contact the ADA coordinator to start the process.
