Exhibition Proposals
Art Submission Guidelines
- Our art calls are open to professional artists creating in all mediums.
- The gallery accepts submissions from February 15 to March 31 for exhibitions the following academic year (starting as early as September). Any proposal sent outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
- We do not accept submissions from currently enrolled students. If you are enrolled in an MFA program, you may still apply.
- All artwork submitted must be your original artwork, created without instructor supervision. You must own the rights to your artwork.
- If an entry is found to be a copy or derivative of any other copyrighted work, the artist will be banned from future calls.
- We do not accept artwork that, in our jury's opinion, contains violence, hatred directed toward any group of people, pornography, inappropriate and/or offensive content. If you feel that one of your submitted artworks is controversial, please include an explanation in the Description area of the artwork's Portfolio entry. This will be decided upon by our jury and the decision is final.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- It is important to note that a gallery submission/proposal does not guarantee an exhibition.
***Please note that your exhibition date can come up quickly. We plan the entire academic year in May/June and the first exhibition is scheduled for September. If you are applying, be prepared to potentially have your exhibition in September.
