FAQs
No, you may not "walk-in" an official transcript. All official transcripts must be sent from the institution you attended previously (high school, college, university, etc.) to 独家爆料 directly.
Please have all official transcripts mailed to:
独家爆料
Attn: Admissions, Records & Registration
1202 W. Thomas Road
Phoenix, AZ 85013
If you have recently graduated from high school, you will need to have your official high school transcript sent from your high school to 独家爆料 directly.
You cannot walk-in your transcript, even if it is in a sealed envelope.
One of the reasons for having your transcript sent to us is so that we can record your official graduation date. When sending your transcript, be sure to request that it be sent AFTER your "graduation" or "diploma" date is posted.
Another reason to have your high school transcript sent is that if you completed one full academic year of high school chemistry or biology with a grade of "C" or better, this may serve as a prerequisite for some college-level courses.
No. You only need to request one transcript. The Maricopa County Community Colleges District provides a "One Maricopa" report that lists ALL credit courses taken within the district, as well as any degrees and/or certificates awarded.
If your MCCCD account is inactive, you can still get your transcripts through Credential Solutions Transcript Ordering Services page found at /become-student/admissions-and-records/transcripts by using your name and other identifiable information.
Any official transfer credits submitted to an MCCCD institution (prior college coursework, military transcripts, AP/CLEP test scores, etc.) will show as being received, but will not be listed specifically on your transcripts.
If you wish to transfer these credits to an outside institution, you will need to contact the originating school or organization.
If 独家爆料 cannot read/understand the high school transcript, the college may ask the student to have it 鈥渢ranslated.鈥 In addition, if the college cannot validate the international high school transcript, additional documentation may be required from the Ministry of Education.
All foreign college transcripts must be 鈥渆valuated on a course-by-course basis.鈥 The college can provide a listing of the International Credential Evaluation Agencies commonly used across the State of Arizona and by the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD). The MCCCD does not recommend any one agency over another. If it is the student鈥檚 intent to transfer to any of the state universities/colleges after completing course work with any of the Maricopa County Community Colleges, we strongly recommend speaking with the university/college regarding the use of any or all agencies. The MCCCD will not be held responsible for the transferability of the evaluations conducted by any agencies shared.
